Breakfast Scramble

Description

An easy, healthy, and hearty breakfast that is loaded with protein, veggies, carbs, and deliciousness of course!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2x eggs
  • kale, mushrooms, and Brussel sprouts
  • chicken sausage
  • sweet potato
  • Original Red
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Air fry the sweet potato and Brussel sprouts with Original Red. Cook at 400 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes. Air – Friers vary so keep a close eye on it;
  2. On medium heat saute the chicken sausage, kale, and mushrooms in olive oil;
  3. Fry up the eggs in the same pan (if there’s room to combine all the flavors);
  4. Add berries on the side for extra color, deliciousness, and health benefits!
