Peanut Butter Pumpkin M&M Cookies

These cookies have ALL of our favorites…Pumpkin Spice, M&M’s, peanut butter, and candy corn…YES and PLEASE!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 3/4 cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • 2 tsps Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • Peanut Butter M&Ms
  • Candy Corn
  • Sea Salt

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper;
  2. In a mixing bowl, add in all of your ingredients and thoroughly mix until your cookie dough forms;
  3. Roll cookies into a dough ball and place on the parchment paper. With a fork, gently press down just enough to see a few lines (just like your grandmother used to do);
  4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes depending on your liking of soft or a crunchy cookie.
