- 2 cans of light coconut milk
- 1/2 box Simply Delish Natural vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 cup sweetener Swerve Sweetie
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup of pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and place in an ice cream maker;
- Blend until thick!
