It doesn’t get easier than this!!! Healthy, delicious, and an EASY taco salad that we could eat every day!


Ingredients

  • Lettuce
  • Meat of choice
  • Onions and peppers

  • Avocado
  • Salsa
  • Cauliflower tortilla chips

  • Taco Knight

Instructions

  1. Heat up your pan and sautee the meat, onion, and peppers and season with Taco Knight;
  2. Add the cauliflower tortilla chips to a plate and add the meat, onion, and peppers;
  3. Top with lettuce, avocado, salsa, and more Taco Knight if you’d like!
