Turkey Pepperoni Veggie Pizza

Healthier pizza for ONE…YES and PLEASE!


Ingredients

PIZZA SAUCE

  • 110 grams blended cottage cheese – take any cottage cheese you like and throw it into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • 2 T marinara sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Nothin’ But Ranch
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Blast

PIZZA TOPPINGS

  • 12 turkey pepperoni quartered
  • 1/2 c steamed broccoli chopped
  • 1/2 c sauteed mushrooms
  • 1/3 c sliced onions
  • 1/2 c fat free mozzarella

CRUST

  • avocado oil spray
  • garlic salt to taste

GARNISH

  • fresh basil or parsley
  • 1 tsp parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 400 – 425 degrees;
  2. Roll out dough into a greased cast iron pan;
  3. Place toppings and mozzarella down;
  4. Spray crust with avocado oil and sprinkle garlic salt all around;
  5. Bake until golden brown about 10 – 15 minutes;
  6. Garnish with basil or parsley!
