Everyone loves pizza right?!?! But it is not always the healthiest choice, but it can be, and we are ALL ABOUT IT! When you make your pizza at home, you have control of the ingredients, which makes it so much healthier. We like this pizza because it uses a chickpea crust, healthy fats, and all the veggies. It is easy to make and you could enjoy for lunch or dinner with no guilt. YUM!

Green Zest Pizza

Description

Pizza that is healthy and loaded with veggies…YES and PLEASE!


Ingredients

Scale
  • Eat Banza chickpea crust
  • 2 T of avocado mayo
  • 2 T of Green Zest
  • ALL the veggies – arugula, onion, and mushrooms
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Take your chickpea pizza crust and slice a pizza slice out of it;
  2. Mix together the mayo, Green Zest, and then layer it on top of the pizza crust;
  3. Top with veggies, olive oil, and more Green Zest;
  4. Roast in the oven at 425 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes or until veggies are cooked;
  5. Take a big bite and ENJOY!
