Mexican Cauliflower Rice

A healthier taco salad that is jam packed with protein, vegetables, and some heat!



  1. Cube the flank steak and chicken breasts, then oil them up and season with our Taco Knight;
  2. Pop them in a preheated 400 degree air fryer for ten minutes, then add in the shrimp;
  3. For the rice use 3 bags of Natures Intent Foods cauliflower rice, 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes;
  4. Add some broccoli and jalapenos;
  5. Cook until heated through;
  6. Plate everything up and add some Melindas Foods fire roasted habanero sauce or any hot sauce for some extra heat!
