Description
A healthier taco salad that is jam packed with protein, vegetables, and some heat!
Ingredients
- Skinless boneless chicken breast
- Shrimp
- Flank steak
- Broccoli
- Jalapenos
- Taco Knight
- Natures Intent Foods cauliflower rice
- Rotel Tomatoes
- Melinda Foods fire roasted habanero hot sauce or any hot sauce
Instructions
- Cube the flank steak and chicken breasts, then oil them up and season with our Taco Knight;
- Pop them in a preheated 400 degree air fryer for ten minutes, then add in the shrimp;
- For the rice use 3 bags of Natures Intent Foods cauliflower rice, 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes;
- Add some broccoli and jalapenos;
- Cook until heated through;
- Plate everything up and add some Melindas Foods fire roasted habanero sauce or any hot sauce for some extra heat!
