Ready in less than 30 minutes, this is the perfect easy, healthy, and delicious dinner for ONE!
Ingredients

- 1 skinless boneless chicken breast
- serving of broccoli
- 1 serving of Jasmine rice
- 1/2 avocado
- KABOOM and Nothin’ But Ranch
Instructions
- Use Reynolds wrap to put in the air-fryer and then spray with cooking spray;
- Season the chicken and broccoli with KABOOM (this spice is SUPER spicy, so be careful about how much you use…LOL) and Nothin’ But Ranch;
- Place chicken and broccoli in your air-fryer at 400 degrees for 13 minutes (each air-fryer is different, so make sure to keep an eye on it, if this is your first time making chicken and broccoli in it);
- Cook rice on either stove top, microwave, or rice cooker…whatever you fancy;
- Plate everything up and add the avocado;
- Add some hot sauce for that extra kick or just leave as is…then ENJOY!
