- Original Red
- Nothin’ But Ranch
- Everything But Tha’ Salt
- 5 ounces My Bizzy Kitchen “skinny pizza dough” recipe
- avocado oil spray to coat pan
- 2 slices fat free american cheese slices
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced, seasoned & sauteed
- 1/2 cup broccoli cooked and chopped
- 2 eggs
- honey drizzle to garnish
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Have the My Bizzy Kitchen dough ready to go;
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees;
- Spray small cast iron pan with avocado oil spray;
- Roll out dough into the cast iron;
- Break up the cheese and put onto the dough;
- Sprinkle the mushrooms and broccoli onto the dough
- Season with Nothin But Ranch and Original Red
- Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes
- Garnish with eggs, Nothin But Ranch, Everything But Tha’ Salt & a drizzle of honey on top!
