Eggs Benedict

Description

A healthier, delicious, and fun recipe to make for weekend brunch!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp KABOOM
  • Mariae M Merich protein bread
  • Black Forest Ham
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 4 yolks for the hollandaise sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Hollandaise Sauce;

  1. Let the melted butter cool;
  2. Add the lemon juice to the yolks;
  3. Add that to the butter and blend with an immersion blender;
  4. Add the spices!

Eggs Benedict:

  1. Fry up some Marie M Merich protein bread and black forest ham on a non-stick griddle;
  2. Poach the eggs and add some of the hollandaise sauce;
  3. Sprinkle with KABOOM;
  4. ENJOY!
