BBQueen Chicken Sandwich

Description

Easy…Healthier…and a lot cheaper than going to a restaurant. We know you’ll love this BBQ Chicken sandwich!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 chicken thigh or breast
  • BBQueen
  • 2 T agave
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat up skillet with olive oil;
  2. Place chicken thigh in the skillet and cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes;
  3. Cover it in the BBQueen, sea salt (optional) and then let it cook for a bit longer;
  4. Then 3-5 minutes before you’re ready to plate it, add the agave and cook on both sides just until it’s golden;
  5. Place on top of your favorite bun with lettuce of course and guacamole;
  6. Pair it with any side, we did tater tots!
