This toast recipe looks fancy, but it is pretty easy to make and it is a great way to get in some protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates, before you start your day.

Fancy Breakfast Toast

A fancy, healthy, and delicious toast to start your morning!


  • Ezekiel bread
  • Philadelphia whipped cream cheese
  • Tomato, cucumber, and red onion
  • Smoked Salmon (She used Biltmore Scottish but any would work)
  • Capers
  • OUR Green Zest
  • Parsley
  • Spring mix
  • radishes
  • Roasted mini sweet peppers
  • Olive oil and balsamic vinegar


  1. Toast up the Ezekiel bread;
  2. Mix together the parsley, spring mix, roasted mini sweet peppers, olive oil and balsamic vinegar and plate;
  3. Layer up the toast with cream cheese, smoked salmon, tomato, cucumber, and red onion;
  4. Top with caper and OUR Green Zest!
