Hot Cocoa Brownie Skillet

Description

The perfect holiday or post holiday dessert to enjoy on a cold winter night!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 c melted coconut oil (can sube for 1 stick of butter)
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 c cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate collagen
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 chocolate chips (add at the end)
  • 1 large handful of marshmallows
  • OUR Chocolate Crave

Instructions

  1. Fold the dry ingredients with the wet;
  2. Line a skillet or pan with parchment paper and cook at 350 for 25 minutes;
  3. Remove and cover the top with the marshmallows and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes (if you want a more undone brownie, cook for less time and adjust according to what kind of pan you’re using and how big;
  4. Sprinkle OUR Chocolate Crave over the top when it’s finished;

 

Serve warm & don’t forget to ENJOY!
