Berry Stuffed French Toast

French toast that is delicious, easy, and HEALTHY!

Ingredients:

  • 3 slices of low carb bread of choice

French Toast Batter

  • 1 egg whole egg or 1/4 c egg whites
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch salt

Filing

  • 1/2 C non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Simply Delish vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 T My Berry Sauce click HERE for recipe

Garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine the french toast, batter, and set aside;
  2. Place nonstick pan on the burner on medium heat;
  3. While pan is heating up, combine the filling and set aside;
  4. Dunk the bread into the batter, one at a time and place into the lightly greased pan;
  5. Brown both sides;
  6. Once done, take each slice of French toast and later with the filling;
  7. Once done filling, garnish with berry sauce, whipped cream, syrup and Chocolate Crave;
  8. Enjoy!
