Spicy Turkey and Bean Burger Patties

Easy, delicious, and healthy turkey burgers to enjoy any night of the week!


Ingredients

  • Air fryer or oven
  • Ground 98-99% fat free turkey or ground 98-99 fat free chicken
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • OUR Street Taco
  • Ground cumin
  • Paprika
  • Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Pepper to taste
  • OUR Green Zest
  • Rotel tomatoes
  • Canned black beans
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Fat free cheddar cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • Bread or bun of choice
  • Toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer or oven to 390 degrees;
  2. In a large bowl add the ground turkey/chicken;
  3. Add all of the seasonings, tomatoes, black beans, yogurt, cheese and cilantro;
  4. Mix until combine but make sure to NOT over mix. That’ll create a dry and tough burger;
  5. Divide into 4 even burger patties;
  6. Place onto a greased air fryer tray or basket;
  7. Spray the top of the burger patties with cooking spray;
  8. Place into the air fryer for 10-15 minutes (flipping halfway through and spraying opposite side);
  9. Take out at 165 degrees and let rest;
  10. Add cheese if you’d like and place back into the air fryer to melt;
  11. Add your choice of toppings and bread/bun and enjoy!
