Oatmeal is a staple in our breakfast routine, because of all the nutritional benefits it has to offer, like for keeping us full until lunch. Don’t forget that this recipe is also versatile, so you can really use whatever fruit you have on hand or is in season.

Chocolate Berry Baked Oatmeal Bowl

Description

Chocolate and berries are magical together! Make this breakfast bowl ASAP!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 c quick oats
  • 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp OUR Chocolate Crave

Filling

1/4 cup MY BERRY SAUCE

Topping

  • 1 tsp coconut sugar

Garnish

  • pancake syrup
 
 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees;
  2. In the food processor add all of the oatmeal batter ingredients;
  3. Blend until smooth;
  4. Pour into a greased oven safe dish;
  5. Take my BERRY SAUCE and place into the center of the batter;
  6. Sprinkle the coconut sugar on top;
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes;
  8. Garnish with syrup and enjoy!
