Easy, fluffy, and DELICIOUS pancakes? We are so here for this!


Ingredients

PANCAKES:

  • 1/2 c pancake mix of choice;
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c of water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 T unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of Chocolate Crave

GARNISH & TOPPINGS:


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all pancake ingredients until batter is smooth;
  2. Spray silicone mold with cooking spray;
  3. Pour batter into 4 molds evenly;
  4. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of coconut sugar on top of raw pancake batter mix;
  5. Bake at 350 for 8 – 10 minutes;
  6. Garnish with toppings or toppings of your choice!
