Description
A fancier version of rice krispies, this sweet treat requires NO baking and is a much healthier and tastier version of the one you enjoyed way back in the day!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 C of @lovegrown Cocoa Krispies
- 1 C of Oats
- 1/4 C of Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 C of Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsps of Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsps of Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp of Chocolate Crave
For the Chocolate Coating:
- 4oz of Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
- 2 Tbsps of Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsps of Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp of Chocolate Crave
Instructions
- First, microwave the peanut butter and coconut oil together so they are melted and ready for stirring.
- In a bowl, blend all of the Krispie ingredients together and add the peanut butter and coconut oil mixture.
- Stir until it’s all incorporated!
- Press into an 8 x 11 baking pan and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate coating ingredients together and pour over the krispies. Sprinkle with sprinkles!
- Refrigerate until everything is hardened enough to cut into squares!
