A hearty, healthy, and delicious breakfast bowl that will keep you full for hours!


Units Scale


  1. Sautee the onions, broccoli, and cauliflower rice in a pan and season with our spices;
  2. Cook the sausage patties and eggs in a separate pan, while the veggies are cooking and use the same spices;
  3. Throw the cottage cheese into blender or food processor until smooth and beautiful;
  4. Plate everything up and you are good to go!
