Description
A easy, delicious, and healthy taco salad to enjoy for a quick lunch or dinner!

- 2 T of Tostitos Queso
- 2 T RF Tillamook Sour Cream
- avocado
- 2 ounces of Isernio Sausage Ground Chicken
- Taco Knight
- 2 extra thin Mission Foods Corn Tortillas
- romaine lettuce, sweet peppers, tomatoes, and pickled red onions
Instructions
- Cut each tortilla into 8 pieces and spray with a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle of salt;
- Cook in air-fryer or oven at 400 degrees for 3 – 4 minutes (keep an eye on them because they cook fast);
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and enjoy!
