Spicy Crunchy Chickpeas

We are ALL about this spicy, easy, and healthy snack! With minimal ingredients and taking less than 20 minutes to prep, this is a great afternoon snack or even as a salad topper. FYI – Be careful with that KABOOM…it can sneak up on you real fast!

Spicy Crunchy Chickpeas

Description

A easy snack that is healthy, spicy, crunchy, and requires minimal ingredients?!?! YES PLEASE!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • LOTS of KABOOM (but be careful, that heat will sneak up on you real fast!)
  • sprinkle of parsley
  • 1 T of honey

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add in all of your ingredients and mix together until the chickpeas are evenly coated with the seasoning;
  2. Throw them in your air fryer;
  3. Turn the temperature to 400 degrees and cook for 10 minutes;
  4. Stir and put back in the air fryer for another 10 minutes or until extra crunchy!
