Instructions
- Fire up the grill to 400 degrees;
- Season the broccoli with olive and and steak with KABOOM and Steakouse;
- Throw the broccoli on first as it usually takes about 15 minutes or more depending on how crispy you like it;
- Throw on the steak and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, longer if you want it closer to medium;
- Depending on what side you choose…Katie did her rice in a rice cooker which takes about 30 minutes. If you choose to do potatoes, those will take between 30 -45 minutes on the grill!
