The ultimate restaurant-style buffalo chicken sandwich minus all the GUILT!

- 2 pounds of chicken breast
- 1 TBSP Light butter melted and cooled
- 1/3 – 1/2 Cup Hot sauce
- 4 TBSP Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Butt Kickin Buffalo
- 2 tsp Nothin But Ranch
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper
- 1/2 Cup Egg whites
- 64 grams Shake N Bake
- light jalapeno string cheese
- 4 TBSP Bolthouse Cucumber Ranch dressing
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390 or oven to 375 degrees;
- Â In a bowl melt the butter, then add the buffalo sauce and 1 tsp Nothin’ But Ranch seasoning. Set aside;
- Take the chicken and pound it out until they are a nice even thickness;
- Pat dry, season with salt, pepper, Butt Kickin Buffalo & Nothin But Ranch;
- Take 1 TBSP of corn starch and lightly sift it over the chicken on both sides;
- Dip into the egg whites then immediately into the Shake N Bake;
- Spray both sides of the chicken with avocado oil spray or cooking spray;
- Place into the air fryer or oven and cook until it reads 165 degrees internal temperature (about 8-10 minutes);
- Place the cheese on top of the chicken (Chop or shred) and place back into the air fryer or oven until the cheese is melted (about 1 minute);
- Drizzle with more buffalo sauce, the ranch dressing and place on your desired bun with desired toppings!
