- 2 T Bolthouse farms ranch
- 1 – 2 T non-fat Greek yogurt
- Nothin’ But Ranch
- black pepper & garlic powder
- 3 cups greens and arugula
- mini cucumbers
- tomatoes
- red onions
- pickles
- 15 Good Thins jalapeno lime corn & rice snack
- Skinny Girl Poppyseed dressing
Instructions
- Mix the tuna with ranch dressing, yogurt, Nothin’ But Ranch, black pepper, and garlic powder;
- Dice up all the veggies;
- Throw everything into a bowl and top with tuna salad and poppyseed dressing!
