Pork chops are so underrated! They are delicious, healthy, and easy to make, ESPECIALLY when you try cooking them in the air fryer! You only need a few simple and real ingredients to make this happen and your meal can be ready in less than 30 minutes. And the clean up is so much easier than cleaning up the stove if you are used to pan frying it! We also love how this recipe puts a nice crispy crunch on these bone in pork chops…YUM!

Happy Cooking!♥️

  • Total Time: 30
  • Yield: 2 1x

Description

The easiest way to make pork chops without making a mess…Let’s do this!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2x bone in pork chops
  • milk of choice (Katie used Organic Valley skim milk)
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Our Steakhouse, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes
  • Sides of choice (Katie paired it with broccoli and Jasmine rice)

Instructions

  1. Dredge the pork chops in the milk and season them with OUR Steakhouse and other spices of choice;
  2. Once pork chops are soaked and seasoned, cover them with the bread crumbs;
  3. Place in air fryer (Katie used her GoWise air fryer. She also lined the air fryer with Reynolds wrap for less mess and clean up) at 400 degrees for 15 minutes;
  4. Flip the pork chops halfway through, so that both sides get a nice brown crusty finish;
  5. Plate and enjoy with your choices of sides!
