A childhood favorite meal, but for adults! A easy, healthy, and delicious dinner to bring those childhood memories back!
Ingredients

- 2–3 Large Chicken Thighs or Breasts
- 2 tbsps of Olive Oil
- 1/4 C of Pamela’s Products gluten free flour
- 1 tbsp of OUR Lemon Pep
Instructions
- Throw it all in your food processor and blend until your batter is formed;
- Scoop into chicken nugget shapes into your air fryer;
- Put on 375 for 15 minutes (make sure you flip in between) and cook until crispy;
- Dip in Primal Kitchen Foods ketchup and enjoy (Serves two people or one hungry husband)!
