Description

A lightened up delicious classic sandwich!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 Slices Eat Royo Artisan Bread
  • 2 T Light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 Slice Borden fat-free American cheese singles

Tuna Mixture

  • 1 can Wild Planet albacore tuna in water
  • 1 T Bolthouse House Farms Classic Ranch Dressing & Dip
  • 12 T nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 T mustard of choice
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • 1/4 c Fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tsp OUR Nothin But Ranch
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine everything from the tuna mixture and set aside until ready to use;
  2. Take each slice of bread and spread a 1/2 T of light mayo on each side then sprinkle some garlic powder on top;
  3. Place the bread, mayonnaise side down onto a low heat pan;
  4. Split the tuna mixture into two portions;
  5. Add the tuna mixture, one slice of cheese following with the other slice of bread (mayonnaise side up);
  6. Brown on both sides and enjoy!
