WET INGREDIENTS:
- 3 – 4 overripe bananas
- 1 15 oz. Pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
- 1/4 c Unsweetened apple sauce
- 3 Eggs
- Splash Vanilla extract
DRY INGREDIENTS:
- 2 c Flour
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp OUR Pumpkin Spice
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl combine all of the wet ingredients;
- Add all of the dry ingredients until fully combine;
- Take an ice cream scoop (use a standard muffin scoop size) = 1/4 cup amount;
- Scoop 18 muffin portions into well greased muffin pans;
- Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean;
- Spray the tops of the muffins while hot with the spray butter;
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over the 18 muffins (only need a little bit);
- Let cool for about 10 minutes before removing from the pan!
