Winner…Winner…Salmon Dinner! This recipe is a must-make when you are crunched for time or exhausted after a long day of work! It is packed with all the nutrients to make you feel good from the inside out and it is a versatile meal as well. Not a fan of brown rice…use white rice or substitute with a potato or sweet potato. Don’t have the mixed veggies…pair with a salad or whatever vegetables you have on hard. No excuses to NOT make this meal!

Salmon Pineapple Sheet Pan Dinner

Description

Easy, healthy, and delicious, this meal can be ready in 30 minutes, so why wouldn’t you make it!


Ingredients

Scale
  • salmon
  • pineapple
  • 1 bag broccoli stir fry veggies
  • OUR Asian Zing seasoning
  • brown rice
  • sweet bourbon glaze (or teriyaki)

Instructions

  1. cook the brown rice as directed;
  2. place the salmon (pat dry) on a foil lined baking sheet, skin down;
  3. add 1/2T glaze on each piece of salmon;
  4. spray the foil around the salmon, add veggies & pineapple then sprinkled with OUR Asian Zing seasoning;
  5. bake at 425 for 18 minutes;
  6. add another 1/2T glaze to the salmon (2pp for 1T);
  7. ENJOY!
