Instructions
- Cut out the spine, break the breast plate to flatten the bird, then season liberally with your favorite rub;
- Season with OUR Butt Kickin’ Buffalo for some extra heat;
- Cook between 375 and 400 on the Big Green Egg indirect, until the breast meat reaches 165 (a little over an hour).
