Ingredients

Taco Meat
- 1 pound ground beef 96/4
- 1 T of OUR Taco Knight
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup beef broth of your choice
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
Add Ons
- 1/4 c fat-free refried beans (per burrito)
- fat free cheddar cheese 1/3 c per burrito
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Salsa, guacamole, or hot sauce of choice
Rice
- 1 bag of cauliflower rice (10–12 oz) frozen steam in bag
- 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped fine
- lemon zest of one lemon
- lime juice half a lime
- OUR Taco Knight seasoning to taste
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Tortilla/Flatbread
- 4 tortillas or flatbread of choice
Instructions
- In a saute pan, brown the beef, drain if needed, then place back into the pan;
- Add the beef broth, Taco Knight, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside;
- Microwave the bag of cauliflower rice according to package and strain any access water;
- Place cauliflower rice into bowl with, chopped fresh cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, Taco Knight, salt and pepper to taste;
- Place flatbread down and time to assemble;
- Smear the refried beans, cheese, beef, cauliflower, rice, lettuce, salsa, and then dressing;
- Roll up and enjoy;
- For an extra outer crunch…spray burrito once rolled and place into air fryer for a few minutes until crisp on the outside!
