Ingredients
- OUR Original Red
- dozen eggs
- hot sauce of choice
- mayonnaise of choice
- dijon mustard
- spicy pickling juice
- cayenne pepper
- Ziploc bag
- green onion
- pickled habanero
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Steam the eggs for 12 minutes and then immediately place in an ice bath to cool for 20 minutes;
- Split, scoop out the yolks, for the base of the filling;
- To the yolks add the hot sauce, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, spicy pickling juice, cayenne pepper;
- Mix to combine and place in a ziploc bag (cut the tip) or a piping bag;
- After piping the filling, we topped with green onion, chopped pickled habañeros, and a dusting of OUR Original Red, red paprika!
