Homemade Pizza with Pink Sauce

Units Scale
  • 6 ounces Skinny Pizza Dough (click HERE for recipe)


  • 1/4 Cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 23 T of marinara sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
  • OUR Italian Blast


  • 1/2 c fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 c mushrooms sliced and sauted
  • 1/3 c broccoli roasted and seasoned
  • 4 slices turkey pepperoni diced


  1. Make the Skinny Pizza Dough and set aside;
  2. Preheat oven to 400-425 degrees;
  3. Spray the cast iron lightly with avocado oil;
  4. Weigh out 6 ounces of the skinny pizza dough;
  5. Roll out until the edges are covered;
  6. Take the yogurt, marinara, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch seasoning, and mix until combined;
  7. Smear the pink sauce over the dough;
  8. Season the top of the sauce with dried basil, dried oregano and OUR Italian Blast;
  9. Spray the crust with more avocado oil and sprinkle garlic salt along the crust;
  10. Take the cheese and sprinkle over the sauce;
  11. Add your toppings and place into the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown!
