- 6 ounces Skinny Pizza Dough (click HERE for recipe)
PINK SAUCE
- 1/4 Cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2–3 T of marinara sauce
- 1/8 tsp Onion powder
- 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
- OUR Italian Blast
TOPPINGS
- 1/2 c fat free mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 c mushrooms sliced and sauted
- 1/3 c broccoli roasted and seasoned
- 4 slices turkey pepperoni diced
Instructions
- Make the Skinny Pizza Dough and set aside;
- Preheat oven to 400-425 degrees;
- Spray the cast iron lightly with avocado oil;
- Weigh out 6 ounces of the skinny pizza dough;
- Roll out until the edges are covered;
- Take the yogurt, marinara, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch seasoning, and mix until combined;
- Smear the pink sauce over the dough;
- Season the top of the sauce with dried basil, dried oregano and OUR Italian Blast;
- Spray the crust with more avocado oil and sprinkle garlic salt along the crust;
- Take the cheese and sprinkle over the sauce;
- Add your toppings and place into the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown!
