Air Fryer Portobello Pizzas

Description

Easy, versatile, hearty, and full of flavor, these are fun way to make pizza night healthier!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 portobello mushrooms (large)
  • 4 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup lite shredded mozzarella
  • 8 slices turkey pepperoni or pepperoni of choice
  • 4 tbsp black olive slices
  • 1 tsp OUR Green Zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 375;
  2. Spoon out the insides of the mushrooms. (You can break the stem off and glide your spoon along the inside of the caps to remove the black part);
  3. Spray both entire mushrooms with avocado spray or rub EVOO;
  4. Season the inside of the mushroom caps;
  5. Set mushrooms in your air fryer stem side down and cook for 2 minutes;
  6. Flip mushrooms so the inside is facing up and divide sauce into each;
  7. Add your cheese (leaving just a little aside) and half of your olives;
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes;
  9. Add pepperoni, rest of olives and top with remaining cheese so the pepperoni doesn’t fly off during cooking;
  10. Air fry for another 8 minutes;
  11. Top with dried oregano, basil or any of your choosing!
