Easy, versatile, hearty, and full of flavor, these are fun way to make pizza night healthier!
Ingredients

- 2 portobello mushrooms (large)
- 4 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup lite shredded mozzarella
- 8 slices turkey pepperoni or pepperoni of choice
- 4 tbsp black olive slices
- 1 tsp OUR Green Zest
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer to 375;
- Spoon out the insides of the mushrooms. (You can break the stem off and glide your spoon along the inside of the caps to remove the black part);
- Spray both entire mushrooms with avocado spray or rub EVOO;
- Season the inside of the mushroom caps;
- Set mushrooms in your air fryer stem side down and cook for 2 minutes;
- Flip mushrooms so the inside is facing up and divide sauce into each;
- Add your cheese (leaving just a little aside) and half of your olives;
- Cook for another 2 minutes;
- Add pepperoni, rest of olives and top with remaining cheese so the pepperoni doesn’t fly off during cooking;
- Air fry for another 8 minutes;
- Top with dried oregano, basil or any of your choosing!
