A healthier version of a Pumpkin Spice Latte!
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 shots of espresso
- 1/2 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 T Pure pumpkin puree, NOT pie filling
- 1/8 tsp OUR Pumpkin Spice
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 3 packets sweetener of choice
- 2 T fat free Reddi Whip
Instructions
- First brew the shots of espresso and set into the fridge to chill;
- In the frother add the milk mixture and froth;
- Add ice in a large glass;
- Pour the milk mixture in followed by the shots of espresso;
- Garnish with some whipped cream!
