Breakfast Burrito with Potatoes, Sausage, and Broccoli

Description

All the GOOD stuff wrapped up into a burrito! Your morning just got better!


Ingredients

Scale
  • flatbread of choice
  • avocado oil spray to coat pan
  • Ore-Ida Potatoes O’Brien
  • Nothin’ But Ranch
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 50 grams Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles
  • 23 eggs soft scramble
  • fresh chives
  • 2 Borden fat free American cheese slices
  • cooking spray to air fry burrito

Instructions

  1. In a saute pan, spray avocado oil to coat pan;
  2. Place frozen potatoes, turkey sausage crumbles, and chopped broccoli until hot and golden brown;
  3. Season everything with Nothin’ But Ranch, salt, and pepper to taste;
  4. While potatoes, sausage, and broccoli are cooking, cook eggs in a separate pan;
  5. Cook eggs to a soft scramble and add the fresh chives;
  6. In the flatbread, place the ingredients in the center, add the cheese, and start to roll up;
  7. Once rolled up, spray air fryer with cooking spray and burrito, once rolled up;
  8. Air fry at 360 – 380 degrees until golden brown!
