- 2x eggs
- kale, mushrooms, and Brussel sprouts
- chicken sausage
- sweet potato
- Original Red
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Air fry the sweet potato and Brussel sprouts with Original Red. Cook at 400 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes. Air – Friers vary so keep a close eye on it;
- On medium heat saute the chicken sausage, kale, and mushrooms in olive oil;
- Fry up the eggs in the same pan (if there’s room to combine all the flavors);
- Add berries on the side for extra color, deliciousness, and health benefits!
