- 1/2 cup Nush Foods or any pancake mix
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp powdered sweetener Swerve Sweetie
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl;
- Spoon portions into a waffle maker, cook until done & repeat;
- Serve with butter & ChocZero Maple Pecan Syrup!
