Shrimp Taco Salad

Description

Easy, healthy, and delicious Taco Salad that you can enjoy for lunch or dinner!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined with tail removed
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Taco Knight
  • If the shrimp are large, cut them into chunks then marinate them in a shallow bowl with the oil, lime juice & seasoning for 5 minutes

Avocado Lime Cream Sauce

  • 1 large avocado, peeled and pitter
  • 1/4 c cilantro
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • A few dashes of Tabasco

Instructions

Shrimp Salad

  1. On medium heat, saute the shrimp with the marinade until the shrimp are cooked through, about 7 minutes;
  2. Serve on a salad or with low carb tortillas & my avocado cream sauce

Avocado Lime Cream Sauce

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth;
  2. Throw on top of the salad!
