Easy, healthy, and delicious Taco Salad that you can enjoy for lunch or dinner!
Ingredients

- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined with tail removed
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp Taco Knight
- If the shrimp are large, cut them into chunks then marinate them in a shallow bowl with the oil, lime juice & seasoning for 5 minutes
Avocado Lime Cream Sauce
- 1 large avocado, peeled and pitter
- 1/4 c cilantro
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt, plus more to taste
- 1/4 tsp of pepper
- 3 limes, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- A few dashes of Tabasco
Instructions
Shrimp Salad
- On medium heat, saute the shrimp with the marinade until the shrimp are cooked through, about 7 minutes;
- Serve on a salad or with low carb tortillas & my avocado cream sauce
Avocado Lime Cream Sauce
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth;
- Throw on top of the salad!
