- 1 leftover boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked in the air-fryer at 380 degrees for 25 minutes…the chicken breast was seasoned with KABOOM & Nothin’ But Ranch
- 1 corn on the cob
- diced red onion
- handful of cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- handful of spinach and romaine lettuce
- 1 bagel
Instructions
- Dice up the chicken;
- Chop up the vegetables;
- Toast up the bagel;
- Throw it all together and mix it up!
