Ingredients

- Eat Banza chickpea crust
- 2 T of avocado mayo
- 2 T of Green Zest
- ALL the veggies – arugula, onion, and mushrooms
- olive oil
Instructions
- Take your chickpea pizza crust and slice a pizza slice out of it;
- Mix together the mayo, Green Zest, and then layer it on top of the pizza crust;
- Top with veggies, olive oil, and more Green Zest;
- Roast in the oven at 425 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes or until veggies are cooked;
- Take a big bite and ENJOY!
