Double Chocolate Oatmeal Muffins

Description

A healthy and easy muffin recipe that’s ready in 30 minutes that involves chocolate? Yes and PLEASE!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 c of oat flour
  • 1/2 c of cane sugar
  • 1/4 c of Chocolate Crave
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T of olive oil
  • 2 T of almond milk
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees;
  2. Grease only 6 of the 12 muffin sheet (the recipe makes six or you can double it);
  3. Mix all of your ingredients together and pour into your muffin pan;
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes!
