We bet that you can’t say NO to these delicious, healthy, and easy chocolate muffins?!?! We can’t and that is why we make this recipe ALL the time! These little muffins are that good and it is a great recipe for meal prep too. Make a big batch on the weekend and then enjoy it throughout the week as breakfast or an afternoon snack attack…If they last through the weekend…LOL!
