Ingredients
Scale
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp KABOOM
- Mariae M Merich protein bread
- Black Forest Ham
- 1 stick of butter
- 4 yolks for the hollandaise sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Hollandaise Sauce;
- Let the melted butter cool;
- Add the lemon juice to the yolks;
- Add that to the butter and blend with an immersion blender;
- Add the spices!
Eggs Benedict:
- Fry up some Marie M Merich protein bread and black forest ham on a non-stick griddle;
- Poach the eggs and add some of the hollandaise sauce;
- Sprinkle with KABOOM;
- ENJOY!
