Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Blackened Chicken Breasts

Description

Easy, delicious, and healthy, a must-make “winner-winner chicken dinner”!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 c fresh chopped spinach
  • 1/2 c ricotta
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 3 chicken breast
  • Blackened Spice

Instructions

  1. Put your chicken breast in a freezer bag and beat them flat with a rolling pin;
  2. In a bow, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, black pepper and garlic powder;
  3. Spray or butter a baking dish;
  4. Put 1/3 of the cheese mix on each chicken breast and fold it over;
  5. Line the stuffed breasts in the baking dish;
  6. Sprinkle the blackened seasoning blend over the top of the chicken;
  7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit 30-35 minutes depending on the size of your chicken breast.
