Instructions
- Heat up skillet with olive oil;
- Place chicken thigh in the skillet and cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes;
- Cover it in the BBQueen, sea salt (optional) and then let it cook for a bit longer;
- Then 3-5 minutes before you’re ready to plate it, add the agave and cook on both sides just until it’s golden;
- Place on top of your favorite bun with lettuce of course and guacamole;
- Pair it with any side, we did tater tots!
