LOADED Breakfast Wrap

Description

The ultimate breakfast wrap that is jam packed with ALL THE GOODS to keep you energized for a busy day!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 flatbread of choice
  • 2 T spinach artichoke Tzatziki yogurt
  • 1 C uncooked zucchini Shredded
  • 1/4 C red onions chopped or sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers (in water) chopped or sliced
  • 20 grams fat free cheddar cheese
  • OUR Nothin But Ranch
  • OUR Original Red
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  1. In a small pan add the zucchini, red onions, and red peppers. Cook until tender and then set aside;
  2. In a different sauté pan cook your eggs to your liking, seasoning with salt, pepper and seasoning of your choice;
  3. Add the cheese on top of the eggs and let melt;
  4. Take the flatbread and add the veggies, tzatziki sauce and eggs. Roll up and place back into hot pan to brown all around;
  5. Slice and enjoy!
