Avocado toast is probably the most delicious breakfast and so easy to prepare. The creamy avocado mixed with silky yolk makes for a decadent breakfast. It’s an easy, healthy, and very versatile meal to enjoy for breakfast or lunch. Take it up a notch by adding grilled veggies and even some crispy bacon if you are extra hungry…Avocado toast possibilities are ENDLESS and that’s why we love it so much!

Smashed Avocado Toast

There is no better combo than avocados and eggs…Easy, healthy, versatile, and delicious!


  • 2 slices of your favorite toast

Smashed Avocado



  1. In a small bowl, take a fork and mash the avocado;
  2. Season with whichever DAK’s spice you’re craving;
  3. Set aside;
  4. Add the avocado to your toasted bread;
  5. In a non-stick pan, add some avocado oil and heat pan on medium heat;
  6. Add eggs, season with your desired DAK’s seasonings;
  7. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of water to the center of the eggs;
  8. Cover eggs with a lid and lower the heat;
  9. While the eggs finish cooking place bread into the toaster;
  10. Once bread is toasted, smear the avocado mash evenly between the two pieces of bread;
  11. Enjoy!
