We love a good burger, but let’s face it, a lot of the times they are loaded with calories and fat, so here is one of the easiest ways to enjoy a cheeseburger without all of the calories. It is so delicious yet so easy to throw together and makes great for a meal prep option.

Cheeseburger Gyro

Description

A FUN twist on a cheeseburger minus all the calories!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 tsp of OUR Steakhouse
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices fat free cheese of choice
  • 4 pita breads of choice
  • 4 C Iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1 C tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 C red onions diced
  • 12 dill pickle chips
  • 4 T Bolthouse Farms ranch
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard

Instructions

  1. In a sauté pan brown the beef;
  2. Season with OUR Steakhouse seasoning to taste
  3. Add some Worcestershire sauce;
  4. Take the cheese slices and add to the beef until fully melted;
  5. Once melted, set aside;
  6. Warm up the pitas in the oven or on a pan until lightly browned;
  7. To the pita add shredded lettuce followed by the cheesy beef, tomatoes, red onions and pickles;
  8. Garnish with the ketchup, mustard and Bolthouse Farms ranch!
