An easy, delicious, and healthy stir fry to enjoy for dinner! And “maybe” for lunch the next day if you have leftovers!

- Asian Zing
- Green Zest
- 1 handful of fresh broccoli, onions, carrots (or whatever veggies you have on hand)
- 4 ounces shrimp
- 1/4 c brown rice
- G Hughes Sugar Free teriyaki
- 1 heirloom tomato
- balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Season the shrimp with Asian Zing;
- Season the tomatoes with Green Zest;
- Prepare and cook the brown rice, before you start stir-frying;
- Heat up a pan to medium heat to saute the vegetables and then add the shrimp;
- Slice up the tomato and add the balsamic glaze;
- Plate the rice, veggies, and shrimp!
